The Wood Challenge is an ode to authentic connection, where each game of skill invites you to slow down to find yourself better. The objective: to cultivate ingenuity. This is one of our casino and stand activities: 1h30 to 3h, from 10 participants.

This activity promotes concentration, finesse, and informal exchange. It stimulates communication and collaboration, strengthening the bond between your employees through play.

Price of a Wood Challenge for companies

Budget €1,590 excl. VAT for ten participants and €1,790 excl. VAT for thirty, which is €60 per person for thirty. The price per person then drops to €35 for one hundred participants (€3,490 excl. VAT) and €27 for two hundred (€5,390 excl. VAT).

In the Hauts-de-France region, the rate remains calculable and slightly lower: in Lille, €1,690 excl. VAT for thirty participants, €3,290 for one hundred, and €5,190 for two hundred. The price scale stops at 250 participants (€6,490 excl. VAT), beyond that, a quote is required.

The amount covers the games, stands, hosts, and coordination. The venue, catering, and prizes are your responsibility. Calculate your price based on your group size and location.

Organising a Wood Challenge during a seminar

The Wood Challenge is chosen when you need a calm yet active activity: participants stand, interact, but nothing is loud or flashy. It fits well into the afternoon of a corporate seminar, between two work sessions.

It is often selected to unite intergenerational teams, as the wooden games create no age or skill barriers, and for moments when you seek a break from digital activities.

For a corporate event, it occupies a modest space and can be set up indoors or outdoors.

Space, equipment, and schedule

Allow for space to set up the workshops and move between them, both indoors and outdoors. No technical constraints: no electricity, sound system, or specific flooring required.

Allow 1h30 to 3h: distribution of wristbands and briefing, opening of stands, accumulation of points or tickets depending on the chosen game mode, followed by scoring and prize giving. We provide all the games.

Group size and target audience

HOW IT WORKS

The activity in 4 steps

Briefing and team formation

Your teams receive coloured wristbands to form groups, then the main host explains the challenge concept. Each participant understands the rules and safety measures before starting.

Opening of stands and strategy

The challenge area opens, allowing each team to develop its strategy for tackling the various workshops. You manage your route to maximise ticket collection or points depending on the game mode.

Challenge and self-control

Your teams tackle the challenges one after another, where patience and precision are essential to achieve success. The main host energises the space, encouraging collective concentration on all the workshops.

Score announcement and awards

The stands close and the host compiles the scores to establish the final ranking. Prizes are then awarded according to this ranking, and the awards are presented to the winning teams in a friendly atmosphere.
