Price of a themed Game Court

Expect €5,090 excl. VAT for 10 participants and €5,290 excl. VAT for thirty, which is €176 per person. The starting package is high because the thematic decor is set up regardless of the number of participants; the price per person therefore drops significantly afterwards: €61 for one hundred participants (€6,090 excl. VAT), €41 for two hundred (€8,290 excl. VAT).

The scale stops at 250 participants (€10,290 excl. VAT); beyond that, the price is determined by quote. This is the only format in the category with prices shown online outside of Paris: in Lille, €5,090 excl. VAT for thirty participants, which is less than in Île-de-France, but €6,490 for one hundred and €8,690 for two hundred, which is slightly more.

The amount covers the stands, scenography, hosts, and coordination. The venue and catering are priced separately. Calculate your price based on your group size and city.

Organising a themed Game Court for a seminar

The Game Court is chosen when the event already has a theme: the decor, the challenges, and the vocabulary align with it, making it an extension of the day's message rather than a separate activity. It fits well into the evening of a corporate seminar.

Space, equipment, and schedule

The intensity builds at each stand, where a host guides the thematic trials requiring skill and thought. You accumulate maximum points by optimising each group member's performance.
