Seated Amma Massage for Your Company

Budget from €20 to €49 excl. VAT per person, with a minimum charge of €490 excl. VAT for up to ten employees receiving the massage. The price per person then drops quickly: €23 for thirty participants, €21 for a hundred, €20 for two hundred.

Intermediate tiers follow the same trend: €590 excl. VAT for up to twenty people, €690 for up to thirty, €1,090 for up to fifty, €2,090 for a hundred, and €4,090 for two hundred. For more than two hundred employees, the rate is provided upon quote.

The rate is the same wherever we operate: the pricing structure does not include discounts for locations outside of Paris. This includes the practitioner, their ergonomic chair, and the coordination of time slots. Calculate your exact price based on your headcount and city.

The seated Amma massage can be offered alongside another programme, without disrupting it: a free office or meeting room is sufficient, and employees come one by one while the rest of the day continues.

This makes it a prime choice for a day dedicated to workplace health, at a conference or trade show, where it serves as a break rather than a group activity.

During a two-day corporate seminar, it is often scheduled for the late afternoon, when attention wanes and a group workshop would no longer be effective.

5 sqm per practitioner is all that's needed: the ergonomic chair is provided, the massage is performed over clothing, without oil or skin contact. No one needs to change.

Each session lasts 10 to 20 minutes, meaning three slots per hour per practitioner. We provide a booking link in advance so that everyone can choose their time slot, which avoids queues outside the room.

The process involves four steps: setup, a brief chat to identify tension areas, a series of pressures on the neck, shoulders, arms, and back, followed by relaxation. For a group format rather than individual, the Do In workshop brings everyone together at the same time.

The service is priced based on the number of employees to be massaged, not the size of a group: the pricing ranges from ten to two hundred people for a single event.

No physical prerequisites, no special attire required. Two firm exceptions, however: seated Amma massage is not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with a diagnosed musculoskeletal disorder. The practitioner will identify these situations during the initial brief discussion.
