The door slams shut, the countdown has begun! Your teams are ready for an immersive and liberating experience, where every second counts. This is one of our casino and stand activities: 1h30 to 2h30, for 10 to 500 participants.

Together, dive into the darkness of a mysterious room, where the only way out is by solving puzzles. To escape, team cohesion and unity are your greatest assets. Everyone's communication and listening skills will be essential to decipher clues, while your colleagues' innovation and creativity will break down the locks one by one!

Price of a Panic Room Team Building

Budget around €2,690 excl. VAT for up to fifty participants, which is €90 per person for thirty and €54 for fifty: this is the package that covers the widest starting range. The price per person then drops to €30 for one hundred participants (€2,990 excl. VAT) and €18 for two hundred (€3,690 excl. VAT).

In the Hauts-de-France region, the rate is calculable and slightly lower: in Lille, €2,590 excl. VAT for thirty participants, €2,890 for one hundred, and €3,490 for two hundred.

Organising a Panic Room during a Seminar

The Panic Room works as a short sequence inserted into a programme: teams go one after another, while another part of the group does something else. This makes it easy to fit into a tightly scheduled corporate seminar.

It is chosen when the objective is to work on reaction under pressure: crisis management, prioritisation, concise communication. The five-minute countdown makes the demonstration immediate.

During a corporate evening event, it also serves as an attraction, with the timed rankings fostering rivalry between departments.

Room, Equipment, and Schedule

The activity takes place indoors only and requires a closed, dimly lit space to set up the room. It mainly requires a schedule: not all teams play at the same time, so rotations must be planned.

Allow 1h30 to 2h30 for the entire event: mission briefing and introduction to the electronic control boxes, five-minute sessions per team, followed by the announcement of times and the final ranking.

If your schedule doesn't allow for rotations, the Game Night can be played on a drop-in basis. The scenario and puzzles can be adapted custom.

Group Size and Participants

The description states 10 to 500 participants, with prices calculable online up to 250: beyond that, the format is available via a quote.

The game is played in teams of five people, giving everyone a real role: with five people in a dark room, no one can just follow along. The puzzles are logical and technical, with no physical exertion required.
