Price of a film dubbing team building

Budget €1,590 excl. VAT for ten participants and €2,390 for up to thirty, which is €80 per person for thirty. The price per person then drops to €50 for one hundred participants (€4,990 excl. VAT) and €45 for one hundred and fifty (€6,690 excl. VAT).

In the Hauts-de-France region, the rate is lower: in Lille, €2,190 excl. VAT for thirty participants and €4,790 for one hundred.

The price list stops at 150 participants, which corresponds to the ceiling of 140 participants announced on the page. The amount covers recording equipment, facilitators, and editing. Calculate your price based on your group size and city.

Organising a dubbing workshop during a seminar

Dubbing is chosen when you're looking for a creative format without physical exposure: you play with your voice, sitting behind a microphone, which removes the stage fright barrier for many participants. It integrates well into a corporate seminar whose programme is already packed with speaking opportunities.

It also serves as an offbeat internal communication tool: rewriting the dialogues of a well-known scene allows you to convey a message or an in-house private joke.

For a corporate event, the final screening, often followed by a symbolic award ceremony, provides the collective closing moment.

Room, equipment, and schedule

The technical constraint is clear: a soundproof space per team is required to record voices without the groups disturbing each other. The activity is held indoors only.

Allow 2 to 3 hours: technical briefing and sequence selection, script rewriting and allocation of voice and sound effect roles, recording with a microphone with synchronisation work, followed by editing by us and screening.

If you do not have separate rooms, the cinema team building takes place in open spaces. Extracts can be selected on a bespoke basis.

Number of participants and profiles concerned

From 10 to 140 participants, divided into teams, each with its own recording space.

The format engages voice, diction, and rhythm rather than the body: it is suitable for groups where some participants would refuse to go on stage. Everyone can also choose sound effects instead of dialogues.

Point to check: the activity is offered in French only. For live vocal work in front of the group, consider the Impro show.

Teams step behind the professional microphone to record their voices, meticulously practising lip-syncing.

Editing and final screening

After a quick video edit by us, your creations are screened for all participants. This moment of sharing and laughter concludes the event, often followed by a symbolic award ceremony.
