The package is €1,590 excl. VAT for 10 to 100 participants, which is €159 per person for 10 and €16 for 100. It increases to €1,990 excl. VAT for 200 participants, at €10 per person; beyond that, the number of participants requires a custom quote.

Karaoke can be scheduled for a corporate evening, after dinner, or as a closing activity for a seminar: it fills the end of the programme without a fixed time, as the duration isn't set. The host will keep the energy up when needed.

The activity relies on a screen, sound system, and QR codes allowing everyone to choose and schedule their songs. The flow follows four stages: briefing and repertoire presentation, song selection, performance sequence, and finally, a collective finale.

A key consideration is noise levels: ensure you have a venue that can accommodate this at the scheduled time. Any venue constraints can be addressed on a bespoke basis.

The activity has no set minimum or maximum number of participants; the pricing structure limits it to 200. Singing in duos or groups allows shyer individuals to participate without being alone on stage.
