Corporate Treasure Hunt - Musée d'Orsay

What awaits you.

At the Musée d'Orsay, each masterpiece becomes a clue and every corner a promise of shared adventure. This is one of our corporate treasure hunts: 1h30 to 2h30, for 10 to 250 participants. Find it among our treasure hunts in Paris.

Immerse your teams in the former 1900s train station turned museum! Beneath the grand clock and glass roof, from Monet to Van Gogh, via Degas and Renoir, your colleagues will explore the galleries at their own pace. In each room, a challenge awaits them: meticulous observation, riddles, puzzles, photo challenges, scavenger hunts, or chronological games. The Impressionists have never been viewed so closely.

On the programme for this unforgettable experience:

  • Explore the galleries of the Musée d'Orsay in search of clues and hidden answers
  • Develop fluid communication and attentive listening within your team
  • Stimulate innovation and creativity to solve original riddles

Cost of a treasure hunt at the Musée d'Orsay

The treasure hunt at the Musée d'Orsay starts from €1,690 excl. VAT for 10 participants, which is €169 per person. The pricing then scales by group size: €2,190 excl. VAT for up to 30 participants (i.e., €73 per person); €6,190 excl. VAT for up to 100 participants (i.e., €62 per person); €11,290 excl. VAT for up to 200 participants (i.e., €56 per person). These amounts are based on the price simulator for the location's postcode.

The maximum stated capacity is 250 participants; beyond 200, the simulator will provide a custom quote. To compare with another format in the same category, take a look at the treasure hunt at the Louvre Museum.

Organising a treasure hunt at the Musée d'Orsay during a seminar

The Musée d'Orsay treasure hunt can be integrated into a corporate seminar as a 1h30 to 2h30 session, briefing and announcement of the ranking included: the format fits within a half-day. Everything takes place on a single site: only one meeting point needs to be communicated, and no transfers are required during the activity.

  • A bonding time: mixed teams, informal exchanges, and shared memories.
  • A clear structure for participants: a start, challenges, a ranking, and an awards ceremony.
  • A format that complements a larger corporate event, convention, or corporate party.

Ticketing, route, and déroulement

The déroulement is divided into four stages: briefing and distribution of a tablet per team, choosing a route through the museum galleries and its masterpieces, photo, video, and observation challenges triggered in front of the artworks, followed by live scoring and the announcement of the ranking.

Regarding access, tickets are personalised: each participant must carry a form of identification in their name. Tickets are valid for 30 minutes and do not grant priority access. A free cloakroom is available, and any exit from the museum is final. For an outdoor route, consider the treasure hunt in Montmartre. You'll find other comparable formats among our corporate treasure hunts.

Participant numbers and profiles

The activity is designed for 10 to 250 participants. It's suitable for a department or an entire company: teams are formed during the briefing, making it an excellent integration tool for colleagues who don't often interact.

The route is on foot within the Musée d'Orsay, with no particular difficulty. In terms of skills, the game combines orientation, observation, and general knowledge: everyone finds a role within their team, and no one needs to know the venue in advance. If your group size or context falls outside this scope, we also create bespoke formats; otherwise, the treasure hunt at the Musée du Quai Branly covers a similar need.
