Question Box Activity for Companies

The configurator shows €5,490 excl. VAT for a group of 60 to 250 participants, regardless of the number within this range: the booth, operator, and recording are charged as a package, not per person. The cost per participant therefore drops from €92 for sixty people to €55 for one hundred and €27 for two hundred.

For fewer than 60 participants or more than 250, the online grid does not provide a price: the rate is established on quote. The same applies outside the Île-de-France region, where this format is not covered by the grid.

The amount covers the booth, the operator, recording, and file delivery. Room hire, catering, and custom editing are quoted separately. Calculate your price based on your group size and location.

The Question Box is set up alongside the main programme: it runs continuously during a break, a cocktail reception, or lunch, without ever requiring everyone's full attention at once. This makes it easy to fit into an already packed corporate seminar.

Two main uses emerge: internal communication, as the best-of edit is then shared internally, and onboarding new employees, as each person gets their moment in front of the camera.

For a corporate event, inform your teams in advance: employees are being filmed, and the video is not intended for external distribution.

The booth requires a space of 3m wide, 2m deep, and 2.40m high, in a sound-equipped area for recording responses, with a 2 kW electrical supply. The activity is held indoors only.

Allow 1h30 to 4h: briefing in front of the booth, individual or small group sessions throughout the open period, followed by closing the booth and delivering the footage. The operator manages the flow and groups sessions to encourage interaction.

If your space doesn't allow for setting up the structure, the Photo Mosaic also produces a personalised souvenir without a closed volume. Questions can be written on a bespoke basis based on your current events.

The description states 10 to 500 participants, but the online pricing is only calculated for 60 to 250: outside this range, the format is available and requires a quote.

No special skills are needed: participants answer a question, alone or in pairs, away from the group's gaze. Employees who never speak up in plenary sessions often participate more readily here than elsewhere.
