Sport team building: New Sport Challenges

The new sport challenges are priced at €2,290 excl. VAT for up to 30 participants in Île-de-France, then €4,690 excl. VAT for 100 participants, €7,390 excl. VAT for 200, and €12,090 excl. VAT for 400 participants, which works out to €30 per person.

The price covers the equipment for the disciplines, the referees stationed at the stands, and the central host who compiles the scores. In the Hauts-de-France region, the rate is lower: €2,090 excl. VAT for 30 participants in Lille. The format is comparable to other corporate Olympiads on the same basis of rotation between activities.

The format can be scheduled for a half-day, 1h30 to 3h, as an active segment of a corporate seminar or a back-to-work day.

It is particularly suitable for groups who are wary of traditional sports activities: as the disciplines are new for everyone, the advantage of experienced players disappears and discovery takes precedence over performance. It's a great choice for an integration day or a team outing as part of your corporate events.

The main constraint is space: you need large enough areas for teams to move and rotate between zones, both indoors and outdoors.

The event unfolds in four stages: presentation of the challenge and distribution of team bandanas, discovery of the rules at the first stand with the referees, a series of timed matches and activities at the different zones, followed by score compilation and prize-giving by the central host. A safety briefing is given at the start of the activity to ensure no one gets injured. The activity starts with 10 participants, with no stated upper limit, in teams of 8 to 12 people; the pricing structure still calculates a rate for up to 400 participants.

The events are designed so that strategic, skilled, and athletic profiles can shine in turn, and the change of discipline with each rotation regularly resets the scores. As the rules are explained on-site by the referees, no prior experience is necessary. The activity is available in French and English.
