Cost of a Musical Clip Team Building Activity

In Paris, the pricing starts at €2,590 excl. VAT for 10 to 30 participants, €4,790 excl. VAT for 100, and €7,290 excl. VAT for 200, working out at €259, €86, €48, and €36 per person respectively. The top tier, for 400 participants, is €9,890 excl. VAT.

Please note the 11 to 20 participant bracket, charged at €3,790 excl. VAT, which is higher than the next tier: check your total in the configurator. For an audio-only deliverable, Sing Studio starts at a lower price.

Organising a Musical Clip during a Seminar

The musical clip takes up half a seminar day: 1h30 for the short version, up to 3 hours for a full shoot. It serves as a central theme when the event carries a message, as the lyrics are written by the teams.

It fits into a corporate seminar, a New Year launch, or a convention, and leaves a video deliverable that can be shared afterwards. Also, see our corporate events.

Venue, Filming, and Activity Flow

Three elements are required: a nearby power outlet, a stage for the musicians, and an isolated space for recording. The flow includes a briefing and common chorus, separate creative workshops, a filmed performance on stage, followed by a debrief.

The activity can take place indoors or outdoors, with noise levels being the main consideration. A constrained venue can be accommodated on a bespoke basis.

Group Size and Suitable Profiles

The activity starts with a minimum of 10 participants, and the pricing goes up to 400. Everyone can choose their preferred hub – singing, dancing, or percussion – allowing very different profiles to contribute without being overly exposed.

However, it does require participants to be comfortable with video recording. For an activity without cameras, consider our African Percussion sessions.

HOW IT WORKS

The activity in 4 steps

Briefing and Energiser

Our hosts will welcome you to kick off the Musical Clip challenge, explaining the stages of this collective creation. You'll build the common chorus together before splitting into creative teams.

Creative Phase and Workshops

Your teams will divide to build the content for their segment, including writing lyrics and setting up the choreography. Our coaches will guide each workshop to ensure the parts are prepared.

Performance and Final Filming

During the on-stage performance, each group will deliver their part, while the collective performs the backing vocals and choreography. Videographers will capture this final performance and the interactions.

Activity Wrap-up

The adventure concludes with a debrief on the production and your group's cohesion. This moment of collective sharing ends the activity on a positive note.
