LEGO Team Building: The LEGO Challenges

What awaits you.

Brick by brick, your teams unleash their creative genius. Dive into a world where imagination and collaboration build bridges, race cars, and unforgettable memories! This is one of our corporate construction workshops: 45 min to 3 hours, for 10 to 200 participants.

Divided into teams, your employees are welcomed by our expert host to tackle LEGO® challenges inspired by TV shows. With 40,000 bricks available, each round invites you to imagine, build, and improve your creations to score maximum points. This adventure strengthens team cohesion, refines communication, and encourages the development of a real team strategy for a shared vision of victory!

What you will build together:

  • Construct a car that withstands the final crash test, demonstrating ingenuity and skill
  • Build a sturdy bridge capable of crossing a perilous river, a symbol of unity
  • Create an astonishing piece on a randomly drawn theme, stimulating team spirit

Cost of LEGO Team Building

LEGO team building costs from €36 to €53 excl. VAT per person, with a minimum fee of €1,590 excl. VAT for fewer than twenty participants. The price per person decreases as the group size increases: €53 for thirty participants, €37 for one hundred, €36 for two hundred.

Two factors influence the cost. Firstly, the number of participants: below twenty people, you pay the minimum fee, making it €159 for ten participants and €80 for twenty. Secondly, the location: in the Hauts-de-France region, the price is about 6% lower, i.e. €1,490 instead of €1,590 for thirty people in Lille. In Lyon or Bordeaux, however, the price is higher than in Paris: travel costs for the provider are factored in.

Included are the bricks, game materials, the host, and pre-event coordination. Not included are room hire, catering, and accommodation: we can arrange these, but they are quoted separately. For over two hundred participants, the format requires a custom quote. Calculate your exact price based on your group size and city.

Organising LEGO Team Building during a Seminar

LEGO team building is primarily a seminar format: 45 minutes to 3 hours, held indoors, without travel or venue changes. It fits perfectly between two plenary sessions without requiring a half-day commitment, making it an easy break to fit into a busy schedule.

Three other occasions suit it well. Onboarding new employees, because building in groups of six encourages immediate interaction. Kick-off meetings, where a collective moment is sought before diving into figures. End-of-year events, when something festive is needed without organising a full evening party.

Themes and difficulty levels can be adapted to your values, your brand, or the message of your seminar: the format remains proven, while the challenges align with your objectives. If the activity is part of a corporate seminar or a larger event, we coordinate the entire event, not just the activity.

Outline, Room, and Materials

Everything takes place in a single room: a table for six people and space to move around are sufficient. No technical installations or specific venue requirements are needed – your own premises are suitable, and an outdoor setting is possible on a flat surface in good weather.

We arrive with all the necessary materials and leave with them. Setup takes about thirty minutes before participants arrive. Teams of five or six form and proceed through three rounds, with a host managing the game and judging the rankings. Constraints are set, but the design remains in your team's hands: two groups given the same instructions will never produce the same result.

At the end of the session, the constructions are dismantled collectively – the express deconstruction is part of the experience – then our teams sort the bricks and pack up. All materials are taken away and will be used for the next event. This is the easiest construction format to accommodate: for a different experience, consider Kapla team building.

Group Size and Target Audience

The format accommodates 10 to 200 participants, with no prerequisites: no one needs to know how to build, and the bricks level the playing field for all profiles from the first round.

This makes it effective for mixed teams – departments that rarely interact, varying seniority levels, or the presence of management. The activity takes place seated around a table, with no physical exertion or individual spotlight: no one is put on the spot against their will, which is not the case for all formats. The spontaneous roles that emerge – who organises, who executes, who arbitrates – make it a tool for managerial debriefing.

International groups are catered for: the activity can be held in French or English. We operate throughout France and Belgium. Another option often considered alongside this is Destruction Rage Room.

Everything about
LEGO Team Building: The LEGO Challenges

Construction activity designed to bring your teams together. Here are the questions we are asked most often, with our honest, straight-talking answers.

How much does LEGO team building cost?

+×
From €36 to €53 excl. VAT per person, with a minimum fee of €1,590 excl. VAT for fewer than twenty participants. The price per person decreases as the group size increases, and is about 6% lower outside the Île-de-France region. Details on pricing tiers and what's included can be found in the LEGO team building cost section.

How many participants for LEGO team building?

+×
From 10 to 200 participants, divided into teams of five or six. For groups larger than two hundred, the format requires a custom quote. See group size and target audience for the most suitable profiles.

How long does LEGO team building last?

+×
From 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the number of rounds played. This duration allows it to be integrated into a seminar between two plenary sessions without taking up a half-day. The full outline is detailed in outline, room, and materials.

Can LEGO team building be done outdoors?

+×
Yes, under two conditions: a flat surface for the constructions to stand on, and good weather – bricks are difficult to handle in the wind and get lost easily in grass. Indoors, there are no such constraints, which is why a room remains the safest setting for over fifty participants.

How much notice is needed to book LEGO team building?

+×
A minimum of seven days between booking and the activity: this is the time we need to secure a host, prepare the materials, and ship them. Book well in advance during peak periods – end of year, September return, June – when slots fill up weeks ahead.
