Budget from €26 to €56 excl. VAT per person depending on the group size, with a minimum fee of €1,590 excl. VAT for up to twenty participants. The per-person price drops quickly thereafter: €56 for thirty, €36 for a hundred, €32 for two hundred, €26 for four hundred.

This is the most cost-effective construction format for large groups, as the materials are shared: a single structure, built by all teams. In Hauts-de-France, the price is slightly lower – €1,590 instead of €1,690 for thirty people. In Lyon or Bordeaux, however, the price is higher than in Paris: the distance from the provider is charged.

Included are the materials, the host(s), and coordination with an expert 7 days prior. Room hire, catering, and accommodation are quoted separately. For over five hundred participants, the format requires a custom quote. Calculate your exact price based on your group size and city.

KAPLA is particularly suited for large gatherings: conventions, annual seminars, corporate plenaries. It can accommodate up to 1,500 people without needing to split the group into successive sessions, which no other construction format allows.

Two other occasions suit it well. The launch of a joint project, because the structure only stands if all sections connect – the metaphor speaks for itself. And team mergers, where the goal is a jointly built object rather than a speech.

During a multi-day corporate seminar, it fits well at the end of the day: the short version takes just one hour.

KAPLA is played exclusively indoors, and the venue is more critical than for other formats: it requires a flat, stable, and smooth floor, a room without drafts and without pillars in the middle of the construction area. A tall structure tolerates neither wind nor thick carpet.

We arrive with the planks and leave with them: nothing is glued, nothing is fixed, everything is reused from one event to another. Allow 1 hour to 2h30 depending on the ambition of the structure, and coordination with an expert one week in advance to confirm the venue.

From 11 to 1,500 participants, with no technical prerequisites: the wooden plank requires neither strength, particular dexterity, nor prior knowledge.

The interest lies in the real interdependence: each team builds its section, and the structure only holds if all apply the same method. Teams that improvise individually discover this during the connection phase – this is the moment that serves the debriefing.
