With Game Night, immerse yourselves in a friendly atmosphere where each stand offers an exciting mini-game: speed, agility, and reflexes are put to the test. This variety of activities encourages communication and listening among colleagues, forging true team cohesion. Every victory, big or small, contributes to a sense of collective achievement, turning the game into a real team success!

Cost of a Corporate Game Night

Budget €2,790 excl. VAT for up to thirty participants, which is €93 per person for thirty and €279 for ten. The price per person then drops to €46 for one hundred participants (€4,590 excl. VAT) and €34 for two hundred (€6,890 excl. VAT).

It is the only format in the category scalable up to 500 participants: €14,090 excl. VAT for five hundred, or €28 per person. However, outside the Île-de-France region, the price is provided on quote.

The amount covers the machines, their installation, the facilitators, and coordination. The venue, on-site electricity, and catering are your responsibility. Calculate your price based on your group size and city.

Organising a Game Night for a Corporate Evening

Game Night is an open-access evening format: the machines stay on, and everyone plays when they want, avoiding imposing a common time slot on a large group. It’s a great way to conclude a corporate seminar day.

Two key elements stand out: nostalgia, which unites different generations around the same machines, and decompression, as the format imposes no performance pressure.

For a large-scale corporate event, it is one of the few options whose price can be calculated online for up to five hundred people.

Venue, Equipment, and Schedule

The activity takes place indoors only and requires space that allows for movement between the game stations, an electrical point to power the machines, and lift access if the equipment needs to be moved between floors.

Allow 1h30 to 3h: wristband distribution, opening of the stations, free play with accumulation of personalised tickets, followed by weighing the urns and prize giving. We provide and install all the machines.

Group Size and Target Profiles

From 10 to 500 participants, with the entire range being calculable online, which is unique to this format in the category.

The games require no prior video game experience: table football, pinball, and arcade machines are easy to pick up in seconds. The competition is based on scores, never on hierarchical levels.

HOW IT WORKS

The activity in 4 steps

Briefing and Team Formation

Our facilitators will welcome you to a private games room and give you a coloured wristband to form your teams. The main facilitator will then explain the concept of the evening and the rules for each stand.

Opening of Stands and Strategy

The gaming area opens, and you can move freely between the different stations: retro gaming, simulators, or bar games. Each team develops its strategy to maximise the collection of personalised tickets.

Open Access Challenge and "High Score"

The session continues with intense games and records to beat on the various stands. Our facilitators energise the challenge by suggesting betting several tickets on a single game.

Score Announcement and Prizes

The activity concludes with the machines stopping and the urns being weighed to determine the final ranking. The facilitator then draws tickets from the winning urns to award prizes to the participants.
