Île-de-France pricing tiers: €2,590 excl. VAT for up to forty people, €2,990 for up to fifty, €3,490 for sixty, €4,890 for eighty, €5,790 for one hundred, and €6,390 excl. VAT for one hundred and twenty, the maximum number of participants for the activity.

Organising an Everest escape game for a seminar

Expedition Everest is the investigation game that focuses on coordination rather than pure deduction: the team progresses together or not at all, making it an excellent tool for a team that needs to learn how to delegate roles.

It works well for project kick-offs or change management, as the ascent metaphor provides the group with a shared image to refer back to later.

During a corporate seminar, it fits well into the afternoon. The final debriefing, which highlights the achievements of each team, serves as a transition to the evening event.

Room, equipment, and déroulement

You will need a standard meeting room equipped with sturdy tables, large enough to accommodate the entire group: expedition equipment is handled constantly. The activity takes place indoors.

The déroulement includes the briefing and team formation, gearing up and harness creation, progression missions such as retrieving equipment or restarting a weather station, and finally collecting the flags that reveal the secret summit message.

Allow 1h30 to 2 hours, including the final ranking, in teams of 5 to 7 people. For a shorter investigation format suitable for smaller groups, Rushroom starts from ten participants.

Number of participants and profiles involved

From 20 to 120 participants, in teams of 5 to 7 people, with several game masters supervising the climbing teams as the group size increases.

The activity is not physical: the ascent is won through strategy and coordination, with no physical fitness required. This is important to clarify for participants, as the theme might be misleading.

The missions involve manipulation, observation, and deduction, ensuring that every profile finds a moment to be useful. For a corporate event, the format suits both existing groups and teams getting to know each other. Another option often considered alongside this is: Murder Party – Coup de fil.
