“The Rage Room is a stress-reliever that feels incredibly good: we laugh and let it all out!”

Smash, really!

A supervised release phase: crockery, hammer, protective gear provided.

You keep the artwork

The mosaic made from the debris stays with you, not with us.

Two stages, two energies

We break the old, then create the new: change management in action.

Team Building Destruction Rage Room

What awaits you.

We break down tensions, then build together: your teams release their energy before creating a masterpiece. An unforgettable experience awaits you! The activity has two names depending on the aspect we highlight: Rage Room for the smashing, Team Re-Building for the mosaic we create from it. This is one of our corporate construction workshops: 2h to 2h30, for 10 to 200 participants.

After an essential safety briefing, your colleagues joyfully let off steam by smashing crockery, a perfect liberating exercise to release pressure. Then, the magic happens: each fragment, each piece of debris, becomes the raw material for an inspired collective mosaic. The facilitator guides this transformation, fostering communication and listening. Team cohesion takes shape through this creative strategy, culminating in a collective work that symbolises your teams' ability to rebuild and innovate!

What you will experience together:

  • Release tensions and express yourselves fully during a liberating crockery-smashing session
  • Design a collective mosaic, transforming debris into an inspiring and unifying work of art
  • Strengthen team cohesion and communication by building a shared and memorable project

Price of a Destruction Rage Room

Budget from €39 to €83 excl. VAT per person, with a minimum charge of €2,290 excl. VAT for small groups. The price per person drops to €43 for one hundred participants and €39 for two hundred.

This is the most expensive format in the construction category, and for a simple reason: the crockery is consumed with each event, whereas other activities reuse their equipment from one event to another. Added to this are the individual protective gear and the enhanced supervision of the destruction phase. Outside the Île-de-France region, budget €2,290 instead of €2,490 for thirty people.

Included are the equipment, protective gear, facilitator, and upstream coordination. The venue, catering, and accommodation are quoted separately. Calculate your exact price based on your group size and city.

Organise a Rage Room for Change Management

This is the ideal format when a company is turning a page: reorganisation, system change, end of a cycle, relocation. Symbolically breaking the old before building the new gives the group an action to take, whereas a meeting only offers words to listen to.

It also works as a decompression after a tough period – the end of a financial year, a project that demanded a lot of energy. The destruction phase is supervised, secured, and specifically serves to release what cannot be said in plenary sessions.

For a larger corporate event, it takes up half a day and doesn't combine well with another workshop: it's a highlight, not a module.

Two spaces, noise, protective gear

The venue must allow for making noise and have two separate spaces: one for smashing, one for creating. This is the only real constraint, but it's firm – you can't assemble a mosaic amidst the shards.

Both indoor and outdoor locations are suitable. We provide the crockery, tools, and all individual protective gear; the destruction phase is supervised from start to finish. Allow 2h to 2h30 for both stages, including the presentation of the works.

And unlike other formats in this category, you keep the result: the collective mosaic, created through upcycling from the debris, goes home with the team.

Group Size and Profiles Concerned

From 10 to 200 participants. No prerequisites, but one point to consider before choosing this format: it requires the group to accept the act of smashing, which is not universal.

It works very well with teams coming out of a tense period and those who find a classic creative workshop uninspiring. However, if you're looking for something calm and inclusive by default, KAPLA would be a better fit.

The second part rebalances things: after the destruction, the mosaic workshop requires patience and teamwork, and brings creative profiles back to the forefront. The activity can be held in French or English. Many companies hesitate between this one and Chain Reaction. Many companies hesitate between this one and Cardboard Cars.
