Price of Colour Games for companies

The Colour Games cost €1,990 excl. VAT for up to 30 participants in Île-de-France, then €4,390 excl. VAT for 100 participants, which is €44 per person, and €6,690 excl. VAT for 200 participants, where the cost drops to €33 per person.

The price covers the host with microphone, referees stationed at the six zones, signage, and game equipment. In the provinces, the rates are lower: €1,790 excl. VAT for 30 participants in Lille. This is one of the best-sized formats for large numbers among our corporate Olympiads.

The format is aimed at large gatherings: annual meeting of all sites, integration day for several departments, celebration of a milestone achieved. The timed rotations and dedicated referees allow for up to 300 participants without the event becoming dispersed, which is rare for this type of corporate event.

Sufficiently large spaces are needed to organise circulation and rotation of teams between the six zones: this is the stated technical constraint for this activity.

The déroulement can be seen in four stages: briefing via microphone and team allocation, where teams receive a roadbook and rotation schedule; deployment to the first zone guided by signage; rotations announced by the host, with each stand managed by a referee who explains the rules and validates scores; then the final ranking and awards. Briefing and team allocation

Your host with a microphone welcomes you for a dynamic briefing, presenting the stakes of the competition. Your teams, identified by numbers, receive their roadbook and a precise rotation schedule.

Deployment to the skill zones

Your teams head to their first workshop thanks to clear signage. Each zone, named according to the skills it utilises, awaits each employee to put their talents at the service of the group.

Precise rotations and refereeing

The precisely timed rotations are announced by the host, inviting your teams to move to new challenges. At each stand, a dedicated referee oversees the event, explains the rules, and validates your scores.

Ranking and awards

The event concludes with the announcement of the final ranking, revealing the most cohesive team. The members of the winning team receive an award, celebrating their victory and the strengthening of their bonds.
