“Chain Reaction is the suspense of the launch and an explosion of joy when everything works!”

A single final cascade!

All sections are connected, then triggered with a single action.

One failed section, everything stops

Interdependence isn't just a concept here: it's proven live.

You leave with the video

The cascade is filmed in one take: a usable deliverable for internal use.

Chain Reaction Team Building

What awaits you.

Imagine for a moment: dominoes coming to life, a plush toy flying, a car making its way... Your teams will create a spectacular and joyfully unexpected cascade of events! This is one of our corporate construction workshops: 1h15 to 2h, for 11 to 500 participants.

Around tables, each team of 6 or 7 people designs and assembles its part of a gigantic structure. It's about imagining, building, and testing with ingenuity. The teams then connect their creations, forging a single, large collective chain that symbolises cohesion and unity. Once the first impulse is given, you'll see the magic happen, strengthening communication and strategy in a burst of collective joy!

What you will experience together:

  • Imagine and build a bold structure from varied and stimulating resources
  • Connect each team's creations to form a giant, supportive chain reaction
  • Thrill at the grand finale where each link triggers an explosion of collective joy

Cost of a Chain Reaction Team Building

Budget from €34 to €60 excl. VAT per person, with a minimum fee of €1,790 excl. VAT for up to thirty participants. The per-person price then decreases steadily: €40 for one hundred participants, €34 for two hundred.

A unique feature of this format: the price is the same everywhere in France. There is no regional discount as with other activities in this category, as the equipment is identical and transported in the same way regardless of the city.

Included are the materials, the facilitator, and upstream coordination. Room hire, catering, and accommodation are quoted separately. The pricing starts at eleven participants and covers up to four hundred. Calculate your exact price based on your group size.

Organising a Chain Reaction for Your Seminar

This is the ideal format when the message focuses on inter-team dependency: cross-functional reorganisations, launching a shared process, or a management seminar where you want to demonstrate how one weak link can halt the entire chain. The demonstration speaks for itself.

Its duration—1h15 to 2 hours—also makes it a good mid-day module, between two plenary sessions, without requiring a full half-day.

During a corporate seminar, the final cascade often serves as a closing moment: everyone gathers around, and the video is then shared as internal communication.

Room, Tables, and Flow

The activity takes place indoors, and the room must allow for tables to be linked seamlessly: the sections connect end-to-end, and a pillar or an uneven surface in the wrong place can break the course.

Teams are limited to six people, and each builds its own section. The connection happens at the end, and then the cascade is triggered in a single take. We provide all the equipment and take it away afterwards.

This format is the most demanding in terms of room layout, but the most forgiving in terms of skill: if your venue is unusual, cardboard cars adapt better to an irregular space.

Number of Participants and Profiles

From 11 to 400 participants, in teams of six maximum. No technical prerequisites: the mechanism is understood within a minute of briefing.

This is the most demonstrative format for organisations operating in silos. A team that builds without considering its neighbours will produce a section that doesn't connect, and this becomes obvious to everyone when it's time to link up—impossible to dispute during the debriefing.

The activity can be held in French or English. The pricing scale starts at eleven participants. Compare this with LEGO® Challenges, which is closer than it appears. Many companies hesitate between this and KAPLA® Construction.

Everything about
Chain Reaction Team Building

Construction activity designed to bring your teams together. Here are the questions we are asked most often, with our honest, straight-talking answers.

How much does a Chain Reaction team building cost?

+×
From €34 to €60 excl. VAT per person, with a minimum of €1,790 excl. VAT for up to thirty participants. The price is the same everywhere in France, with no regional discounts. Details in Cost of a Chain Reaction Team Building.

How many participants for a Chain Reaction?

+×
From 11 to 400 participants, divided into teams of six maximum—this size allows everyone to play a role on their section. See Number of Participants and Profiles.

How long does a Chain Reaction last?

+×
1h15 to 2 hours, including connection and the final cascade. This duration allows it to be scheduled between two plenary sessions. Detailed flow in Room, Tables, and Flow.

What happens if one section of the chain fails?

+×
The cascade stops—and that's the whole point of the format. One failed section halts the entire chain, making interdependence impossible to dispute during the debriefing. The facilitator lets the group diagnose and fix it: this is often the best part.

Do we get a record of the Chain Reaction?

+×
Yes, in the form of a video. The final cascade is filmed in a single shot, providing a deliverable directly usable for internal communication. The mechanisms themselves are dismantled and taken away with us.
