Your colleagues will release tension, clap their hands, tap their feet, and turn their bodies into musical instruments. Guided by our expert, they will build a real melody together, thereby strengthening team cohesion and unity. Every sound, every movement, is an invitation to listen and communicate, leading to a vibrant sense of collective achievement. Price of a body percussion team building activity

Expect to pay €1,490 excl. VAT for 10 participants in Paris, €1,690 excl. VAT for 30, and €3,690 excl. VAT for 100, which breaks down to €149, €56, and €37 per person respectively. For 200 participants, the price is €5,590 excl. VAT, or €28 per person.

Organising a body percussion workshop during a seminar

The workshop is ideal for opening a seminar or right after lunch when attention may wane: 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 is enough to get a group energised. It can be held indoors or outdoors.

Room, equipment, and workshop flow

A room with a nearby power outlet is sufficient, along with a small stage for the musicians guiding the session. The workshop follows four steps: briefing, rhythmic games, cohesion exercises, and a final performance.

The main consideration is potential noise disturbance: please inform the venue and neighbouring rooms. If your space has limitations, our team can arrange a tailor-made format.

Group size and participant profiles

The workshop starts with 10 participants, and our pricing structure goes up to 200. No musical background is required: the body is the instrument, and everyone claps, taps, and vocalises at their own level.

Our facilitators welcome your teams for a Body Percussion workshop, where the body becomes an instrument in its own right. You'll discover bodily sounds and the objectives of the rhythmic challenge before starting.

Your teams begin their progression through simple and fun rhythmic games, encouraging informal exchange. Each team explores its own sonic capabilities and finds its place within the overall rhythm.

Cohesion and Collective Rhythm
